Simple sleeping places

For (long-distance) hikers who would like to spend the night at the Duisitzkarsee, the Duisitzkarseehütte offers 16 campsites, one 5-bed room and two double rooms. During breakfast at the Duisitzkarsee accommodation in Rohrmoos near Schladming, you will fortify yourself for the next stage of your hike.

Arrival until 5 pm! In case of late arrival we ask you to call in advance, otherwise the beds will be re-rented.

As an Abelhof guest you can also spend the night on the high alp of the Abelhof at the Duisitzkarsee right next to our hut. For more information, visit www.abelhof.at.

TIPS FOR PLANNING YOUR OVERNIGHT STAY ON THE ALPINE PASTURE

A light hut sleeping bag is recommended – there are plenty of blankets available. It is recommended to bring a flashlight. To ensure sufficient recovery time for a tour the next day, the hut rests at 10:00 pm. Please take into account in your planning that hot water and shower are not part of the equipment of the Duisitzkarseehütte.

Please reserve a sleeping spot for your hiking trip with overnight stays by calling: 0664 501 06 53. Overnight stays are only available from Friday to Sunday between June 3 and September 18, and require advance booking. Ascertainment: Overnight stays for groups of 10 or more people are also possible during the week!
